A New York City nonprofit built on one belief: talent is everywhere, opportunity is not.
Why we exist
New York City produces extraordinary baseball and softball players. It also prices most of them out of the training, showcases and recruiting help that turn talent into a scholarship offer.
360 Elite Performance Academy exists to close that gap. We provide elite coaching, academic support, mentorship and college-recruiting guidance to athletes whose families could not otherwise afford it — funded by donors, never by the families who need us most.
How we work
- Athletes train inside the EP4 development system, up to five days a week
- Report cards every grading period, with support before consequences
- Mentorship from people who have walked the same path
- Required community service in the neighbourhoods that raised them

Every scholarship is need-based and confidential. Nobody deciding who makes the roster ever sees a family’s finances.
