Access · Empowerment · Opportunity

Talent is everywhere.
Opportunity is not.

Our mission is simple: provide elite-level baseball and softball training, mentorship, and college-recruiting support to underserved youth — regardless of their family's financial situation.

Our job is to remove the barriers, level the playing field, and build a pipeline of successful student-athletes who excel in the classroom, on the field, and in life.

What a 360 athlete commits to
  • Train consistently inside the EP4 development system, up to five days a week.
  • Share report cards each grading period — with academic support before consequences.
  • Show up for the 360 mentorship program and required community service.
  • Contribute to the program according to the family's verified ability.
The 360 system

Five pillars. One complete athlete.

Elite performance isn't only what happens between the lines. Every 360 athlete develops across all five.

01

Elite Training

Professional-grade coaching and the EP4 development system — strength, skill, and reps that build real players.

02

Academics

Report cards every grading period, an academic standard, and a support plan when an athlete needs one.

03

Mentorship

The 360 mentorship program pairs athletes with people who've walked the path and hold them accountable.

04

Community

Required volunteer service — because being elite means giving back to the neighborhoods that raised you.

05

Pathway

Verified training hours, milestones, and showcase exposure that open doors to the next level and beyond.

Need-based & confidential

Talent decides. Not your bank balance.

Every scholarship is need-based and funded by donors who believe in these kids. Families contribute according to their verified ability — and financial details are a separate, confidential process, never seen by coaches or shared with anyone deciding who makes the roster.

🔒 The application asks nothing about family finances. Need-based assistance is handled privately, only when it's relevant.
Where support comes from
  • Donor-funded scholarships cover the cost of elite development.
  • Family contribution set fairly to each household's verified ability.
  • Community crowdfunding lets approved families rally their own support.
  • Transparent impact — donors see the athletes they help grow.
Become a supporter

Fund the grind.

Your gift puts a glove, a coach, a tutor, and a mentor in a kid's corner. 360 Elite Performance Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit — every dollar is tax-deductible and tied to real athletes and real outcomes.
